JT 10:51Yeah, those are different skill sets, for sure. And so, you know, weve put about 1000 hours of effort into building this, but its still a framework, right? David 26:41Yeah, the one thats pretty common nowadays is youve got to have really good video systems to see whats going on. Theyve got exception reporting that tells them when somethings not right. So, you know, thats the other reason why I think you want to really protect your good employees, protect your culture, because that solves a lot of problems. A stakeholder is any person, organisation or group with an interest (stake) in something, such as a particular situation, intervention, project or programme. But I do think at the core, most people really want to be successful.
